Day Six - Bullet Train Ride and Soba Dinner at Kyoto Station
I've been on Bullet Trains before, both in Japan and in Europe, but I'm always impressed with the speed of them! I was able to get some great views of Fuji-san from the window! However, I have to admit, the highlight of my day was the Soba dinner at the Kyoto Station!

At the Kyoto Station, they have an entire section dedicated to Ramen Shops! Here you can get all variations of Ramen from all over Japan.


Of course, I skipped the Ramen and went straight for the Soba!
