"China encompasses a vision of its Past, its Present, and its Future. Walking the streets is like walking Time. I wish to be stuck forever." ~Wynter
Day Seven - Shanghai
Although Shanghai seems larger and more alive then Beijing, there was less polution! There was a lot of traffic and a of greenery. It was cool how everything just worked together. Shanghai is a very modern city with tall buildings and some great architecture. After Xi'an, Shanghai was my favourite
Jade Buddha Temple
In such a busy and modern city like Shanghai, I was surprised to suddenly come across a temple. It sat snuggly between modern buildings on a modern street. A small piece of lovely history.
Local Family Visit
The last two pictures consist of the house and the elderly man we visited! I didn't take a lot of photos here because I was too absorbed in what he had to say. The other pictures are just of Shanghai on our way to the house.
Cruise
I've never seen New York at night, and I've never been to Vegas, so I can say that Shanghai is the most beautiful city at night!
