Day One - Flying to China
What I found really cool was that we were flying OVER the globe. We actually passed through the Arctic!

Day Two - Beijing
It was already getting dark by the time we loaded into the bus to drive to the restaurant where we would be eating dinner. In some of the pics you can see how thick the smog is. It makes the pics look blurred!

Dinner! The soup and fish in particular were fantastic.

The Hotel.

Walking the streets of Beijing. Notice the over-pass in pic three. I thought this was a BRILLIANT idea! Creating a bridge/walkway ABOVE the intersection so pedestrians don't have to wait for street lights. Pic four is of the Hair Salon I mention in my Blog entry. The last pic is of the random restaurant that we visited.
